There are a few things that we like to make our customers aware of before we come and clean their homes. Before our visit our clients receive an email checklist, in this article we will be highlighting some of those things. Here’s how our clients should go about their pressure washing prep:

In preparation for us, we have a brief checklist that you should know about:

• We will be using a high-quality detergent that can potentially discolor any natural fabrics. Please remove any outdoor furniture, umbrellas, cushions, etc. that could potentially be harmed.

• Please confirm that all fence gates are unlocked and accessible.

• Please verify that all windows are locked and secured properly.

• If you have any water pressure issues, please make us aware BEFORE we arrive.

1. The Pressure King’s unique soft-wash cleaning process depends on the use of high-quality detergents. By gently applying these detergents to the mold, mildew, and algae we are able to kill it at it’s roots. Unfortunately some minor discoloration of natural fabrics can take place while using these detergents. This is a rare case, but we like our customers to be aware of it. To combat this The Pressure King will remove or cover any areas that could potentially be harmed. 2. While you are performing your pressure washing prep we ask that you be mindful of your fence gates. In order for us to clean every square inch of your delicate home we must be able to walk the entire perimeter of the home.
3. A key aspect to pressure washing prep is to confirm that all windows are shut and secured properly. As with all of these things, we will be checking the day we arrive. We simply want our cleaning process to be as gentle, easy, and fast as possible. To ensure that we aren’t a hindrance to our customers and their busy lives.
4. This is a key aspect to pressure washing prep: low water pressure greatly affects our ability to clean. Our machines demand 4 gallons per minute. If they aren’t adequately fed the water amount they will not be able to run, requiring us to use alternative methods to clean your home.
